1931 Model A coupe body... bought through the rear windows of a van in a terrible thunderstorm. Raining so hard nobody would walk around. Cost me $200.
Last November at a garage sale I bought a Mopar steel crank 440 with a factory dual quad intake, Carter carbs and Mallory YL distributor that come out of a boat for $250. Turns out it had a set of 413 Max Wedge heads and the carbs were a matched pair of AFB's for a '64 409. Sold the carbs and intake seperately for $760 and kept the rest.
About 6 years ago i got two nice 57 chevy fender's for $200.00. Boy,I was like a pig in slop !!!!!! LOL
