Best way to remove body

This shows the hard, cramped way using cinder blocks and 4x4 steel tubing cross pieces. Not good. But I didn't have many options.

I built a lifting frame from 2 x 4 steel box, mounted an electric winch, and I can pop the body on and off on my own all day long.

$50 worth of steel, $50 for the electric winch, a day of labour. It was worth the investment as I am work alone and we all know how often a body needs to go up and down when building.
