I wanted to let the HAMB community know about a recent problem I had in hopes that it will prevent it from happening to you. First let me say that I am an avid Hotrodder and Land speed racer. I spend alot of money with Automotive related businesses almost daily. I am not the guy that is looking for hand outs or anything free. But what Jonny Law did to me is inexcusable. I mistakenly ordered spindles and a kingpin set that would not fit my 32 axel. I realized this and within 2 minutes of ordering, called to cancel. I told that my order was canceled. The following Monday I received an email stating I purchased the kit and it was being shipped. I called Jonny Law Motors and they said I had ordered online and with the sales team and only one was canceled. Long story short, I paid 40 dollars and sent the part back in the original box and kept the king pins for spares. They refunded my 116 dollars after spending 274. Essentially I paid 160 dollars for nothing. When I called Ben was rude. It's not necessarily the money it's the principal. I will never do business with that company again and hopefully my story can help someone else out there.
Woot, it looks like you joined to specifically register this complaint. A search of this forum will turn up mulitple threads in the same vein. Sorry for your problems bit these internet scam days its buyer beware.
When buying hot rod parts try to deal with only a reputable business. Most of the time when trying to cut corners to save a buck it eventually bites you in the ***. Johnny Law Motors, the name alone should send up a red flag.
