It is illegal to ******** and beat someone to a ****** pulp. The only way to rigorously defend their property is through legal means. Unless they're a maverick too.

Another thing, you've never met me, and luckily so. I keep only the most upstanding group of comrades around me at all times.

the ones who had their art work stolen are defending it legally.(or talking that way).your always going to get those out side the situation to be verbal in the way they would deal with the problem.
you need to direct your comments to those who have spoke out with ****** and other types of threats like that..
dont blanket the rightful owners of the art work with that brush

Everyone that contributes to this ******** (myself included) ought to stop, but nobody will.

Leave the guy to face whatever legal action he may have to face. That in itself is enough punishment.

    BIG TIME. :)

    From: http://digg.com/tech_news/Don_t_get_Wenzeled

Charlie Wenzel is a prime example of why NOT to be anonymous coward on the internet. If you try to screw people, it can and will come full circle and bite you in the ***. An "old fashioned *** kicking" would have been over in minutes, but a family name forever synonymous with cheating and cowardly behavior (Wenzeled) may last for decades.

    http://www.insanityinc.us/insane0076.html
is a far better site for the story/issue. The original thread on Pirate4x4 spread to hundreds (I heard it was actually reported on over 1000 other forums) of forums within days, eventually crashing their forum server for about a day due to the load. In less than 4 days the thread went from 19 pages to 73 before it was eventually closed. It spawned at least 2 websites, a product line at CafePress.com, entries in urbandictionary.com, and it wouldn't surprise me to see the term show up on wikipedia here soon. Talk about viral. ****s to be Charlie!

You don't get it. This ****weed was STEALING other people's work, p***ing it off as HIS work AND selling the art as HIS ORIGINAL work! This is illegal, period, dot! There is nothing different about this and stealing a tangible item that someone has created and calling it one's own for sale.

Your first paragraph here shows an example of what is called a lack of MORAL RESTRAINT. This means that, even in the case of the open garage door, one does not steal the car because a person KNOWS IT IS WRONG! It is not yours to start with. Same with the art! It is not yours to start with! Wonder why Harley-Davidson, FoMoCo, Chrysler, GM, and many, many others go after prople who use their logos, art, ads, trademarks, and such? It is because that trademark, art, etc, belongs to THEM!!! They have a vested interest in keeping their brand iden***y safe from thieves, counterfeiters, and such. Jonathan Dean was counterfeitiing the art of these people! That is the same as bootlegging fake Adidas shoes from Korea, or fake Rolexes from the Middle East. And the crime is exactly the same.

So a guy counterfeits a bunch of twenty-dollar bills. He does not intend to spend them, but the fact he produced them is illegal. Mister Jonathan did the very same thing; counterfeiting art that was NOT his, but he fully intended to sell it; whether he successfully did so is immaterial. It really IS a big deal; although on your planet, it obviously is not. People like this have no compunction about taking what they want, no matter how it's done, legally or otherwise. Plus, no moral comp*** to tell wrong from right...I guess we, as a society should expect this and we deserve this, am I right? We "asked for this"?

  17. 35 dodge hot rod,
patric 66 is on the money here. He damn sure dont need me or anybody to tell him that either.

In your 52 posts you are the one starting your own problems.

You even said the HAMB was nothing but ill tepered *****s on the "lurking-wft" thread. I find that very far from the truth. You were very beligerant and incitingly rude on the "whats a 354 hemi worth" thread. You have added very little to this community with your presence here. Yet you bennifit from the cl***ifieds, the knowledge and wisdom. I would think that traditional values go along with traditional hotrods. I dont think this is a place where you can be happy.

Well now, that explains EVERYTHING! We are so sorry "comrade", we live in a FREE society, where ownership of intellectual property is common, unlike the obviously communist country you come from.

Yes, it is in poor taste to tell someone you are going to beat them and abuse them. I bet it takes a really angry person to do that, someone that I wouldn't want to cross by talking a bunch of smack about, but hey, that's just me, you go ahead and incur the wrath of people you've never known.

Oh, as a side note, "comrade", if you don't like what you read, you don't have to read it. You don't have to be here, you don't have to expose yourself in any way whatsoever. As has been previously mentioned, you have a history on this site of being less than personable, so maybe you might be better off over at killbillet.com, or where ever it is that unhappy socially acceptable little clones hang out.
