Have just email the Colorado Attorney General and Salida Police - see what happens. I posted so no one else gets done like I did. I called him this morning and he hung up on me, I think he was surprised I found him. I WONT be letting this go. I got most of my money back so far from that clown Chad from SD (not the HAMBer known as Chad who is stand up) after getting the local sheriff involved and Webster is still VERY much on my radar.

I'm glad you guys aren't looking for me! There was a guy from Oregon doing a tractor scam around here several years ago. He'd make claims, bring useless tractors here from out of state and slip back to Oregon. He finally got set up on a delivery and may still be in prison! I hope you get him. If he comes to Nevada let me know we have inexpensive mine tours.

Funny how he told me he split from his Mrs too and that was the cause of some of the delay GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

 

I went through this with Reuben Fuke.

The biggest thing is do not accept a partial payment. Law enforcement can not get involved if you do. You have to sue them once you get a partial.

I went through my local police. They put a warrant out for him. Once the warrant is out they can not renew their drivers licence till they settle the dispute.

Another thing to do is find out where he works and call his work and ask for him. Let him know you have his bosses number and you'll let him know he is a thief.

That and a few threats from the police got me my money back.

the scumbag probably figures your in another country so he can fuck you and theres nothing you can do. I have run into people who are only from a different state and think they can screw you..so I say go get em, and stay on him until its over. Than post on here for everyone to learn how to deal with these situations, so those that try this rip off crap see as a hot rod community, we will not take this shit lightly!
