No I would not. For one thing in South Dakota we dont have fees on old cars. I would take a picture of the title with my address and vin blocked out. I sold a 51 merc that went to New Zealand a few years ago. The buyer asked for a picture of the title, I did as mentioned above. Granted the seller was taking a risk but every internet purchase is a gamble. Everything went smoothly.
