Mine old one that had them in www and black walls last.....

 

Mine, breaking with the norms by running 5,50-17 front and 6,00-18 in the back:

OK maybe the boss won't get mad but this is a perfect example of real traditional bigs'n'littles, actually pretty nice car too.

This is my dads model a pickup. Lytles Garage here on the HAMB.

 

Couple of mine. Black coupe has Commander L78 x 15" rear - B.F.G 5.00 x 15" front.



Grey coupe below has 7.50 x 16" rear and 5.00 x 15" front

Firestone 4.50/4.75-16-in. up front on original '40 wheels, 7.00-15-in. rears on Ford spiders with new 7-in. hoops. Gave 'em a about an inch of offset to look like old-school reversed Buick wheels, plus the wider hoop adds backspacing to pull the wheels and tires closer to the body to hide the increased track of the '40 rearend.

AV8 you're roadster is amazing! For a long time I have regarded it as the standard that all A roadsters should be compared to!

 

Sorry cant see the big to well but the old mans has big and littles.
