Hi fellahs, been lurking around here for years and decided to finally go legit! I dig rods, muscle cars, customs, anything with a V8 that can burn rubber, really! I've owned a litany of American muscle cars over the years with an emphasis on GM A-bodies (just worked out that way). Working backwards on a project right now (started with the motor and now looking for a car to slam it in): 1968 SBC 327 crate motor found in a barn with zero miles. casting says 327 truck warranty engine but it's one of those rare blocks with a road draft tube provision but NO oil filler/vent hole in the front! More to follow as I struggle with vintage (no-hole) 327 valve covers and PCV issues. Glad to be here and am willing to toss my 2 cents in whenever asked. Drive Hard!
