Like AG, Christine will return to select theaters this Sunday and next Wednesday. The wife and I are planning to go Sunday night, anyone else? I usually hate horror movies but love this one, the Plymouth and OT Dodge Charger help plus the grumpy old guy that sells her.
Wish my Plymouth had the self fixing option Christine had, well, except for the knocking off other people feature. Great movie.

Hell yeah, I'll see if it's playing in Sterling! Hopefully they'll have it at the drive in

Has anyone read the book? Much better than the movie in my opinion. I liked the movie too. Besides having my 57, I've owned a few 58s and none of them repaired themselves.

All of King’s books are better than the movies. But I do like Christine the movie.

Yeah I tried playing a bunch of 30's thru to the 50's music in my shop 24-7 for a week, went back into the shop the following weekend and my damn Model A looked the same as it did the previous weekend.

At that point, after a few choice cuss words I knew Stephen King was full of crap.....

Don't know until you try I guess....

I’ve looked at my 52 Ford pickup and said, “Show me.” Got nothin’.

  9. The book was great, they did a good job on the movie. The last few times I caught it on cable, they bleeped out the entire gas station blaze... one of the BEST parts of the movie. I will look for local showings, thanks.

The first car I ever owned as a kid, ( back in 1969 ) was a 57 Plymouth 4 door Savoy, with a good running 318 and a typewriter transmission.
This picture is from the internet, but my car looked just like it, same color as well.
Who knew that in the future, these cool tail fin cars would be sought after ?
There is certainly nothing wrong with a 4 door.

Just got back, great movie and fun seeing it on the big screen. The sound was great, especially the music. Fun night.

  13. In the book Christine was a 4 door.

    "she'll start, you need these...."
