That smile never left his face! I first met him back in 78 & for a couple decades I could always count on a smack on the back & a "How Ya Doin'" Bill?

I once wrecked my motorcycle racing at Norwalk & after I rested for an hour or so, I crawled up in the tower to see Bill with my clothes in shreds & bloodied. He proceeded to tease me over the P.A. system about getting blood & parts all over his track! LMAO!!! He will be missed by so many.
