Bill Hines Under the Weather?

I talked to a good friend of mine a few days ago and he told me he heard that Bill Hines is in the hospital with pneumonia. I called a few people I know out west and everyone I talked to hadn't heard if this was true and couldn't confirm it. Has anybody here on the HAMB heard about this?

I hope it's not true. If it is, we all have to wish Mr. Hines a quick recovery.............E

My dad spoke with Bill yesterday and said he is fine.

Pop just gave Bill a call to be sure and his is just fine.

In fact Mr. Hines just finished chopping the top on a 36 3 window coupe and plans to get some lead laid on the quarter windows today.

 

Glad he's ok. He's slung more lead than most armies.

He is supposed to be. From what I understand he and Brad Masterson are chopping a 54 Chevy there.

 

I heard he was not going cause he still wasn't 100%.. He is feeling better not good enough to travel.. First one he has missed in a long time.. that's last I heard..

 

I hope he's OK the 54 chev he is chopping at the KKOA show in Kansas is my baby brothers (HotRod Flash) and he is on his way there......

 

I'll be at the show here in salina in about 8 hours. I'll take a photo of bill and post it here when I see him.

 

Uh masterson and bill are not coming this year as I understand it. Masterson told me that bill had pnuemonia is better but isn't making the trip we helped em chop that ford last year so if there's a car to be chopped I'll help it'll get done as the show must go on

Glad to hear Mr. Hines is well, one of my hi-lights in Salina for sure. He is one of my ultimate heros. Chopping a top in 100 degree weather wearing wool pants and his trademark uspenders. Gotta love him. ~Sololobo~

 

I also heard that Bill will not be there I will be praying for him to have a speedy recovery and I hope he likes the piece I did for him and that you all get to see it in Salina. I wish I was there.
