great guy to talk to, overwhelmingly talented, he and Gene Winfield broke all of the record books in doing and keep on doing stuff that would have worn out the normal car guy.
Thanks, TB for the business card, but I'm thinking of the ones he gave away at a KKOA or KOA show years ago. It has a cartoon of him with his cigar and a torch, and it's cool as hell. He gave one to my son, and then I shamelessly asked him for another one for me. Don't know how to post pics on my POS computer, hoping somebody else had that same card.
What?, don't ever have a man down for the count while he is still breathing and you said it best when you said Bill is a tough old bird! HRP
Bill has to be one tough Son of a Gun.........smokes cigars constantly and has ingested lead dust all his life and he is in better shape than most of us. I hope this is just a minor bump in the road and he is back to work soon. Don
Love the grinding and weld spatter burns in his eyegl***es. I guess I'm not the only one that thinks it's snowing.....constantly! Lol. Get better sooner, Bill!
Been about a month since the last post on this thread. I'm hoping that no news is good news... How's Bill doing?
Wish him the best, hope he gets better, for years he looked like he had one foot in the grave but kept on slinging lead, gotta be a strong spirit in there!
