Not to be negative...but damn there were some ugly cars in those photos.
I've missed the last two years, and maybe its a good thing. I remember the early shows with fewer cars, but very few hideously ugly, poorly proportioned cars like shown here (there were quite a few gems though).

    We need a Ratrod-proof show!

  5. not to be equally negative, but did you have a car there?

i agree with you, there were alot of cars i didnt like, but just because a car doesn't appeal to one person does it mean that the car should be turned away?we all know what the rules of billetproof are.if a car meets that criteria,so be it.

Looks like you caught my wife and I checkin' out the silver coupe on page 2. It was a great show, I didn't even know how much I missed seeing until I realized i didn't see half the cars you posted. It was nice meeting some of you H.A.M.B.ers I hadn't met before.

No don't get me wrong...I've always liked the show, and I appreciate the pictures of a show I missed this year. I've had a car there five or six times now, just been a little busy the last coupe years. A lot of the cars that used to be considered "rat rods" were really nicely done "traditional hot rods", I just noticed how many contemporary***** ugly "rat rods" were there.

This is one of my favs, it carried the flake paint from the straight6 to the trans and even on the air craft style seats.

And Yet isn't that the whole concept of Billetproof...to turn away cars that don't appeal to a certain crowd.

I seem to recall the price was somewhere around $40K!

Oh and I didn't get any pics OF the panel jam (since I was too busy striping!) but I did get a pic of the group project...

Well I am glad that you liked it... I didn't know what they were going to do with it, they just passed it down the line!

I hope you plan on keeping the panel jam every year! I had a blast!

I guess you should have brought your car and changed everything.

    Lame.

Some of you guys kill me.

Don't like it? Then move along to the next car that you do like.
