Is it going to be the same as last year, you send the pre-reg stuff out to us a couple weeks before the show? I will be leaving on Thursday 20 and Leaving to go back home right after the show. I am only coming down for this show because I think school is going to be in the way of me coming down for any longer.

 

confirmations will go out a little bit earlier this year. The first round will go out in a couple of weeks.

If you signed up online your confirmation will be sent via email. you print it out and bring it to the show.

 

Ok I signed up online. But haven't recieved any conformation as of yet. So you will be sending it out or did you already? Just wondering if t was deleted or put into my spam folder. Thanks Alan for your time.

NORMALLY they go out a couple of weeks before the show, this year I'm going to start sending them out earlier... I'll start doing that in a couple of weeks.

 

If you want a space at the show, you had better register early!!!!

right now we have 3x as many registrations as this time last year. There is a 600 car limit and we are headed towards it quickly.

The only way you are guaranteed a spot in the show is to re-register.


P.S. I've started working out the details on the pre-party as well. More BBQ and more Beer this year!!!

You guys are awsome, I am looking forward to helping and parking with you guys. Just let me know when and where. I'll be there.

 

Any way we might could check in the night before, and just roll in with the window plaque on? Maybe through the hotel-side entrance, and kind of aleviate the traffic jam from this year.

The NSRA show flows real nice, because if you have the plaque on the window, they know you've paid and registered, and you just drive right in.

If there were enough people to work the gates...it might make things go easier....

 

well... all the cars have to go through one gate...

Trying to staff two gates on the day of wont work... as soon as one gate is for pre-reg cars and not those cars... it gets fouled up. Signs dont help, no one reads them... trust me.


so it really wouldnt speed things up THAT muchm with all the cars going in one gate.

plus we would need to have the registration table set up and staffed the night before.

I'll have to think about that.....

my initial reaction is that it wouldnt help out to much for the level of effort/staffing involved.

 

Well, maybe if the pre-reg. went to both sides of the one gate, and non-pre-reg. were pulled to the side past the booth, until the main flow trickled down, it would speed things up.

Our group got seperated between the pre-reg., and non-pre-reg. lines, and it took forever for the pre-reg. guys to catch up, and by then, our guys parking spots were scarfed up.

I guess we just need to all pre-reg this year anyway and stay together!

The pre party was almost as much fun as the show. If you can get there you should.

 

can't wait,does any body know the name of the host hotel next to the show grounds.

actually everything is lined up. Registrations are about double what they were this time last year. Its going to be a great show.
