I wish I hadn't taken my car apart after Daytona now. It's going to be close with no room for error.

Pre-registrations are going strong. Remember, space is limited and the best way to be sure you're in is to pre-register. Less than 60 days now. This is gonna' be good.

I'm sure there will be a lot of guys running up from Tampa. You shouldn't have a problem finding a group to cruise with.

I believe there is still some space left. The pre registration is going fast. There will be room for a few more cars this year, but If the turn out is like last year, we had just as many nonregistered show as pre registered, and pre registered is the only guarantee to get in. Alan will get you your confirmation, I'm sure he's swamped right now, but he'll get it to you for sure.

  13. I just registered yesterday (2/4) and got in (got an email from Alan saying I was in and confirmation was forthcoming) so there is still room ....

This will be my first time going and I've heard there's a cruise-in on Friday night and perhaps one on Sat - anyone know where?

OK, got it - I hadn't really "read" all the posts. Looks like the place to be is No Where? bar on 8970 SW 27th Ave in Ocala.

I'll be there. Got pre registered and good to go. I'll have three skull shifter knobs for sale at Sonn'ys booth. If you can peel your eyes away from the Kosmic Creep, Check them out. I've been working on these non-stop for three months now. They look like Norms but they are my own style...and a little cheaper:D. I was going to post pics of the builds but you guys will have to wait for the unveiling at Billetproof. Man, is it March yet?

if you registered via snail mail with no email addy on the form the registration will go out via snail mail about one month before the show.

if you included your email address you'll get your confirmation via email. They go out every couple of weeks... or when I have a pretty good sized batch to send out.

what name/address is the registration under?... kinda need that to figure it out.

  16. "No Where" is almost a straight shot from Garlits, just a couple of miles with a jog in the road just before you get there. map quest it and follow 27th Ave. South and Garlits will be right there

Hey, wait a minute, I thought we got the left over ice cream !

  23. I have never heard of left over ice cream :)

  24. After the show, each trash bag Dave, Lorene, Joe and I picked up held about 1-2 gallons of warm, thick milky stuff at the bottom that the flies really like. kinda disgusting after sitting in the sun most of the day.

This may be a stupid idea... But I say we have a special tent set up, where if you have a half eaten vanilla* ice cream cone, bring it to that tent, and have a dog or dogs finish it before throwing the cone away... we could put little bibs on the dogs...:D

The Official Billetproof Doggy Ice Cream Disposal Station!!!

Yeah, I should have gone with my gut... it IS a stupid idea.:(

Registered and got the confirmation yesterday.
We will be headed up Friday afternoon as I will be bringing the dragster up and it will be in a trailer.
Anybody else plan on leaving around noon headed that way on I75?
If so, PM me and I'll send my cell phone number in case someone has a problem.
    See you there, Robert.

Actually, this year we have a deal with Big Daddy to get the trash taken care of.

    good thing too...

I'd like to fill everyone in on the story of the glamorous life of the "rich and famous" car show promoter that made 5 trips to the dump in a rented ratty S10 pick-up hauling the dripping, steaming bags of sloppy trash from Big Daddy's on the Sunday after the show last year. Took all day, no a/c in the truck, wondering if we were going to get busted for dumping "commercial amounts" of trash at a facility specifically posted for household trash only.

so you whanna run a hot rod show eh? :D
