Really debating this. Would like to come but it looks like it's going to rain all day. Are there any vendors in the covered area to checkout if there's a downpour?

  12. a little rain never hurt anyone! I bet it turns out fine.

From what I understand the vendors are in the covered areas, (husband was out to the fairgrounds yesterday) only the swap meet people with the big items are outside and I feel certain they probably have easy-ups.

There is no downpour, it was misting a bit ago but that has stopped.

  14. It's just sprinkling, not a downpour and I looked at the radar and it should be ending soon... For live coverage (iPhone and hamb is a pita) go to poor boys car club - Florida facebook page...

I'm out here in the spectator lot directing people... Say hi!

If you would have shown up, you would know for sure... And it did turn out fine, great cars, sunshine and cold beer. The only thing missong is you Fuckers...

Billetproof was the bomb! Cold as shit in the A.M. But when that sunshine hit, it was heaven. Cool rides, cool people, and great vendors. Billetproof drags next!

  21. I waited out the rain & got there late in the day. Note for next year - show up earlier :) Here are my pics, with a heavy bias towards trucks. For those that didn't make it, the trucks in the barn are the award winners. All of my photos for the day can be seen here:

-> I saw one HAMB alliance tag... on the black f100 pictured below.

Can't say much good about the weather from mid morning to mid day,but Allan G., his crew and the Poorboys of Fla. were great host. The spirits remained high and the show was a blast. I'll post some pics of the model contest tomorrow.

  23. Hated to miss it! and seeing your happy ass down there! BUT on a positive note I installed 2 ceiling fans, a new kitchen sink, and a new faucet for my Mother In Law today. How could going to billet proof be any more fun than that?

Glad it turned into a nice day.

Sorry to miss sangria with Vicki and Ken!

Thanks for the pictures - looks like a great place for a show.

Had to leave just as the weather was clearing. My wife was feeling really bad so it was time to head south. Did get to see a lot of old friends, some that I haven't seen in over 25 years, and meet some new ones. Thanks to Allan and the Poor Boys, and Ken for all your efforts.
