Well I made it down here in Kissimmee. I am trying to get things ready for the trip over to the show Sat. Is there anyone going from thid area, I am gonna leave early being I don't know my way around FL.

 

I will be there, can't wait! Me & pops are going in his T. One of these years I can maybe actually drive my rpu to an event

im ready, but my truck isnt, it started knocking monday, now i need an engine. but i will still be there with my paint box,so get some striping done so i can get my truck back goin

its a 390, you dont know of one for sale(or trade for striping) do you?

 

no - I bought a reman'd 390 and installed it in a buddy's f100 and it smoked right off the bat about 2 years ago. So I'd probably stay away from the cheap reman motors

The time is here. Getting last minute stuff packed, arranging with the neighbors to watch the house, going over our checklist to make sure we haven't forgotten anything. We'll be on the 7:05 AM flight, so that means not much sleep tonight, but I can sleep anywhere though.

Really looking forward to this and meeting everybody. Also seeing all the cars which I've only seen pictures.

This is going to ROCK!!! See everybody tomorrow night.

We are all packed and heading out shortly......

 

I'm heading over to shop to pick up my coupe now. I'll see ya there about 5 hours after that.

 

Well, the thrashing got it drivable, for about half a day. Something with the throw out bearing and or bearing hub is hung up and I can not get it fixed by Saturday. So it looks like I'll be driving the "banger" down Saturday morning instead of my Shoebox...

And by "banger", I mean my 4 cyl. '92 Toyota pickup... damn...

We are still thrashin getting prints framed,and our display loaded looks like we wont make it there till 7 am for vendor setup

 

I arrived in Florida last night and went to scope out the Garlits museums today...BEFORE the crowds set in! LOVE this fantastic weather...gonna maybe hang out a while?!

I want to thank all my friends that stopped by my booth to buy a poster or just to say hi. The people attending the show were so friendly and in spite of the occasional rain we had a blast. The cars were amazing and my car club the Salvagerz were there in force, man what a great group of gearheads, had a great time, looking forward to next year!
