I'm pleased to announce that the Slo-Pokes of Portland, OR. have agreed to be the host club for Billetproof Northwest 2008. They have tons of experience running a first class show as their long running Ash-Bash Show was one of the best in the area.

More info on the show to come soon.

  5. I'm really glad to be part of this and we look forward to working with Alan. We as a Club only have One meeting a Year. I brought this up for discusion and within minuets it was nearly Unanimus to get on board and help make this another Top Event here in the Northwest. Mark your calendar now, this will be an Event you won't want to miss.

Neat the Slo Poks putting on another great show. I have went to the ash bash since I was a little guy out at billys park. I remember looking up as the vintage bi planes flew by (seemed like a couple feet of the ground) I was maybe 6 or 7 years old. Well on second thought knowing you guy it probably was only a few feet off the ground. Very glad to here the Poks are involved. They are a great group of real car guy with a rich history in the northwest. I will be there! Steve Gilligan

It was in an earlier thread by Choptop.
    Late June IIRC.

  20. The date will be June 28th at Southwest Wa. Fairground in Chehalis Wa.
Unfortunatly the Slo Pok's Air Force will not be in the Air. Couverkid is right though. Inverted and about 2 feet off the ground right down a row of parked cars. It was called Mowing the Grass along with a full bag of air stunts, Vintage Bi planes, Land speed racers, a Mig and a Liear Jet all within Inches of your Antina. We also had Beer drinking challanges between Clubs, can't do that anymore, and the Girls Oh my God !! Billy's park had a Swimming Pool and by Mid Day they, er, ah well ,,,, It was Damn Good Time.
Ahhhhh those were the good old Days !!
