How about the Taco Time in Lynnwood? I'm afraid to drive any further than that, about six blocks. My undercarraige might get dirty.....OK, I'll go where ever it is but I'll need some anti-depressants. WHO HAS DRUGS FOR A LONG HAUL????? or an enclosed trailer for all my vehicular accessories. You know old football trophies and the like, the whole display thing.
I think Spokane would be a great place. It is east of the mountains so you would probably attract a lot more people from a bit further east and all the people from the other side of the state could still drive over. We drive 15 rods or so over there every year to Hotrod-a-rama with no problems. Spokane is a bigger city and has a lot of venues. Plus, you can usually predict the weather over here all summer and fall. Get to the other side of the mountains and you never know when it's gonna rain. The Inland Emperors are based out of Spokane and we could help figure everything out. We are also friends with Kirk so you can ask him about stuff over here. Just thought I'd throw my two cents in.
You should have seen the diaper I had to change earlier..... Actually, my one year old just had a stomach operation and is going to be on a feeding pump for a few months.
I'll second that. Perhaps in the fall when it doesn't get quite as hot over there. A drive over the mountains is kind of nice that time of year. Dave
Bremerton would be good. Close to everything, even if you take a ferry over from North of Seattle. They have the space. I know the Port Orchard Saints do a pretty big show and there is a club in Gig Harbor that has a pretty big show. Maybe one of those clubs would step up?
OK, hrmmm..I've been thinking bout this and the gravity of having a billitproof...with or without KirK!!!!.....and would love to see it in spokane...but...I really think that the vancouver venue is perfect, or portland. A pacific north west show should be central to all...and as much as I like the east side of the cascades to live...the population is on the west side of the mountains. Vancouver seems like a perfect choice. Spokane a hot second..but for different reasons...the cool place...the drag strip...and the Idaho, Montana, and Utah boys. So in a nutshell....Vancouver...or Spokane!! Blake
Yah, Elma is in the middle of ......no place but if it rains the dirt track is right there! If you havent seen the Olympic Mts your missing much. but rusty cars well thats another matter. Ill bring a car...does it need wheels?
there are dirt tracks in Cottage grove and Lebanon OR and drive in theateres in Newburg and Dallas OR Newburg is pretty close to I-5/ portland nice town out in the farm lands
I'll be up at the Puyallup Good Guys show to say howdy and do some location scouting. The reaction so far has been good, looks like Billetproof will be coming to the Great NorthWest. Make sure to show up and look for the tall fooker in the Billetproof t-shirt and cowboy hat. If yer gunna be there PM me with yer phone # and will hook up. You buy first round
Kirk ill give you 2 12 packs of Lucky Lager Beer. vancouvers hometown brew if you put in a good word!
Choptop, shoot me your number. The guy who has done Billetproof's art the past three years wants to talk to ya.
Hey Alan, actually another one of the Inland Emperors wants to talk to you too. I'll get you his number. He wants to convice you to go to Spokane.
Can I convince you to have the Billetproof Northwest in Denver? 3 cases of Coors light (cans) awaits you !
now this opens up a whole new aspect to it.... competitive bidding for the next Billetproof location. I can be bought do I hear 4 cases a beer? Throw in a plate of nachos and lap dance and we might have something
Full nekkidness, and hard alcohol in the strip clubs. The amount of strip joints in Portland is quite amazing.
vancouver would be pretty cool its central to alot of places in Wa and the pokes are a great little club
Screw that... strip clubs are for weekend warriors! In washington... you get couch dances in yer living room! You can drink whatever the hell you want!
Anywhere between arlington and portland, and west of the mountains... Im there. In a car even.... I like the idea... Westseattle is nice that time of year..
I agree. Spokane would be great! I know of 200 acres on the Little Spokane River that would welcome this. Weather's nice and folks in this area actually drive their cars!
