Hey everybody I just had two minutes here to give an update on the shit for the show. There's good news and good news. Good news: Everything for Saturday is a huge GO. We have 80 more cars pre-registered than last year and are expecting at least 50 to 100 more to register that day. Awesome! We have 40 vendors selling every kind of hot rodding product out there. The Kustomizing Kompetition is on with two great teams going head to head. The model show is getting great response and the bands are gonna be killer. We have half price tickets from the speedway for that night. So they're only going to be $5. Lot's of drinking and mud slinging machines for all to see. More good news: The Friday night event is all secured and is a GO. So ignore the previous version of this post. IT'S ALL GOOD BABY!!!!
Thanks John. See ya there. Good luck with your Friday night gig. I'm stoked your dad is coming to the show. I bet he'll dig it.
happy birthday Kirk danny is leaving early tomarrow he says you better have his jacket ready LOL so the cops said we can cruise ???
Hey -- Happy Birthday Kirk, really looking forward to Sat. It's gonna be HOT right? Any shade up there?
It's supposed to be 93 out there. There is a bunch of shade but it's not all shaded. EZ-Ups are welcome. The vendors are indoors so there is escape from the heat in there too.
How tight is the parking for the show? A friend of mine wants to get there dead early because he's worried he's not getting in the show. Gonna be packed, you think?
DO NOT GET THERE EARLY. There is twice as much parking as we'll need. We have always had a no early bird policy. I hate getting up at 4am to get in a line. It sucks. Besides we won't even be there that early. The more people lined up in the street the more likely we are to get hassled by the man. You know how they keep a brother down.
hey kirk the rest of the swanx said there was another show the same weekend or something and they cant go to anti oakley but i'll still show up and try to help with the beer vending, stevo
i may leave tonight i heard there are a lot of power parkers at these events unless you can hook up with some rockabilly tough guys your screwed
