OK NorCal Hamb'rs, anyone know where I can get a few of these decals. I'm restoring one of my dad's race cars from the mid 60's. I have been to the Oakland store and talked to the manager but they don't have these anymore. These were the submerge in water and slide off type.

And if I remember right this one is the correct one from the 60's.Maybe silk screened onto vinyl

I might have to have some made. The print on vinyl I can have done local but the water slide I don't have a clue who could do them

  4. A quick search brought up 7 pages of threads on water slide decals.
    That's a lot of reading :D

Go to a modeling website. Model railroaders and military modelers make their own all the time. You can buy clear decal sheets. Just need an inkjet printer.
