The wife and I are headed to Wickenburg, AZ at the end of May. Is the old car yard still in Black Canyon City? If I remember it was next to a Cadillac junkyard but the owners of each did not get along. That was at least 10 years ago.
I know what you are talking about, but I haven't been up there since early 2000's. Stuck way back in there, but not much of a yard. Dunno if it remains.
I thought I heard years ago that yard got flash-flooded out and the cars were abandoned downstream, or something like that??? Rumors... that was quite a few years ago that I heard that...
Doh!!! Talk about dredging up old threads.... I think I was searching for "Black canyon" after looking at all the other AZ cars in a gully in the other thread....
