Um, sorry for the huge pic but what size wheels and tires are on the back of your coupe here?

thanks for all the input on this subject. the reason for this was i just changed my wheel color from cream to black and thick it gives the car a lower look and makes the car look shorter to me, but im crazy. ill try to post some pics when it decides to stop raining

  7. Just put these on after 30 years of Crager's and American's.

Did it 'cuz it was cheap: swap meet trim rings, chrome lug nuts, grease caps and hub sprayed dark metallic gray.

Eh - black wheels means you don't have money yet for chrome reverse steel wheels or mags...

I'm setting mine up to be about 5-1/2 inches from the rocker to the ground.

Haha. I wouldn't put anything else on my truck. Ok....ok, maybe some supremes and skinny whites. Little did I know that would have been cheaper. If you saw how much $ I have into mine you wouldn't say such things. Probably waaaaay too much for steel wheels but they look awesome.

This is really cool. Now my car will be easy to identify..."Oh yea, that's Retrorod...the guy with the red rims".

I guess black IS the new "red". I suppose I'll have to join you guys when I finally put some color on the car...that dark blue Ford color would look like crap with red rims.

I took the black seelies off and put 14x6 chrome reversed on. Old ones from the 60's. But black steelies do rock.

These are going under the back of my 55, Cragars up front. I put these together, 15 x 8 gm truck shells and ford centers.
