Some pictures found in a dumpster from a car show in 1959 or maybe 1960. Don't know the location for sure but could be McElroy Auditorium in Waterloo, Iowa judging by the walls seen in the background of some of the pictures. Does this club still exist? What is this 4 door? I should know that engine compartment but I'm drawing a blank. Model A coupster Couple coupes, one flathead powered, the other Cadillac 40 Ford with a wild interior Some others found with the show pictures, on the junkyard photos the print is dated 1974 36 Chevy coupe/pickup, couldn't have been real common when new.

I dunno...I think about that sometimes, but bad experiences built character. Pity to undo all that... LOL Some of the less than stellar individuals are dead, and things are looking up!
Long story, but I wasn't the one doing the "diving" so I can't take any credit for the save. UPDATE- Something about this one seemed familiar to me so I looked up the county number which is Dubuque. No wonder, I see this picture of the same car most weekends at my river cabin in Guttenberg. It was on the cover of what must be a local Dubuque paper that had an article about Torquefest in April, I picked up a few copies when I was in Dubuque several times in April for hospital visits.
