Blackwall to whitewall???

Has anyone done this before? I was thinking of whitewall paint, but maybe they can be ground?

All tires are different.. Some tires shave well, others have a paper thin whitewall underneath and shave like shit. Raised white letter tires usually shave the best and have a pretty wide whitewall.. That is if they arent low profile...
