Blasphemy: Anyone going to the York NSRA?

Mine is finally running so I will be there friday morning.

 

Yeah, Imma first timer too, reggy'd thursday mornin', and went back at night for the kickoff party (didnt make it? not missing much..) checked out some rides in the parking lot, seen HAMBer Jalopyrama Mikes blue coupe, and some other trad. rods, Gonna have to find that '37 ford coupe with, what I can only describe as cranberry metallic suede paint,I wanna catch this thing in the sun and post a pic.. nice car...

Fri. mornin'...might have to check into this "all you can eat pancake breakfast" they got going on, and stroll through the vendors area till the weather breaks (if it breaks)and this meet up thing would be cool, since I missed out at the Jalopy Showdown... just finished rearend swap Wed. night... Toyota at noon?

Oh, and an off, but on topic side note... If you're a young'in or young at heart, lets make our presence know, cuz as a friend and I were leaving, she caught one of the stereotypical greybeard streetrodders making a comment about "more and more of these young guys are coming out to this,...and do ya see what there wearin'?" What!? I had my usual attire.. cuffed jeans, lucky 13 t-shirt, derby cap, and "chucks" whats wrong with that? Sorry... I left my NSRA event tshirt, khaky shorts and sneakers at home... So if this meet n greet thing does go down, lets be kool about it, but make it visable...

Clark and his crew is always camped across the street from the gate. Why not use his camp compound as a meet 'n greet site?
