BLEW IT UP! time for a 302

Recently did the same thing in my '58 Fairlane. Now I've gone with a 390FE!! I like yer taste in rides!

I've been thinking about stopping those thread and making a build thread with all the progress pics I have from the day I got it to now. Ill post on here if I get the ambition to do do it lol

 

I can't look at it right now but if I had to guess 1 1/2 to 2 inches

 

ok kool i have a set of equal leangth shorties and hoped they would work

 

also gotta keep in mind my steering box is pretty small. whats your engine going into?

got it running drove it down the driveway. it feels like a different car.
we've come to the conclusion the 302 NEEDED to happen lol.
now i just have to order a new radiator for it and it should be ****oned upi for good.

 

*****in Mann!! Have u been able to run the car down te street yet to see how it's gonna do? Or did u just run it up and down the driveway?

 

just up and down the 8th mile driveway. it does shift. woooo! only 16 and a half hours till i can order my new radiator lol
