Looking for a blower for my newly completed 327 that has fairly high compression with a 350 crank and 262 extreme energy cam. Advice and anyone have a blower for sale?

Not trying to be a smart**** but a high compression engine and blowers don't mix.

Yes, thanks and I thought so, but where do you draw the line? I have to go back to the engine guy who built this for me to get exact compression....As I recall there is a blower by holley that focuses on low end and helps maintain great gas mileage as well??

  4. The Holley/B&M small blowers do indeed do a good job of giving you a bunch of bottom end torque. They're good to about 5500 RPM. I wouldn't run any blower on an engine with over 8.5-9.0 compression. Of course, if you have a lot of overlap in your cam you might get by with 9.0-1.
    Good Luck!

Most blower guys I run around with have a 7:1 maybe 8 at tops. But they are running 8-71's.
