OK..... I got this lower crank pulley or blower hub. It's degreed and has a Hemi Pulley bolt pattern in the front. It's singled keyed and my guess for SBC standard crank snout (just got it in the mail with a moon SBC timing cover)..

Any idea's .... SBC multi accessory blower pulley?

How about also including some pics of the timing cover now that you mentioned it... Thanks!

pretty sure most blower pulleys have mopar bolt pattern :)D) so you'd just need to match the diameter of the hole and the keyway to determine what crank it fits. which you've already done

    who made it? dunno.

looks like a stackable multi V drive instead of cog drive. run that beeeyatch.

    Dosn't make sense.

Why have a Hemi Pulley pattern with a V drive?

good question. What size are the bolts? mopars used 5/16", most newer blower drives use 3/8"

Every accessory V Belt setup I have seen has the blower pulley behind the V belts. Could this be part of a Paxton or Mcculloch setup?

I thought of that, but never seen one with so many Vs. That being said, someone could have used what you describe to stack them together for a multi V drive.
