Hot Rods Blown 392... what era?

    Keep in mind, you can also use more common 1/2" pitch 3" pulleys and cut them down on a lathe. But you will still need a 2" idler.

    I whittled my own v-belt pulleys and did this.

    That pic was at the GNRS and since they were right next to my Anglia, and a friend of a friend, I talked to them a bit - Originally run with a blown Chrysler V-8 from 1958 to 1961 at local dragstrips with a top speed of 131 mph at Bakersfield, the Jack Foye and Ross Heale ’26 Ford also saw plenty of street duty. It was at the first L.A. Roadster Show and appeared in the movie Palm Springs Weekend. I believe both of them went to Arcadia high School. Ross Heale was diagnosed several years ago with Guillain-Barre syndrome and was in a convalescent home in Poway before p***ing away in January of this year (2016). Jack Foye (with help from Doug Peterson) resurrected the car out of a 30 year storage back in 2009-2010 and drives it regularly
