Well with some regret I've decided to offer my 4-71 Blown Flathead project up for sale.
I've been working on this for several years, and was about to start putting it together when a whole different drive trane fell in my lap.
If you are interested you can message me for my # and we can talk about it, I've got more pictures.
If this add is up its for sale .
I will take 8500$ for everything.

49 to 53 block, one of the best I've had come through my hands.
Magnafluxed and pressure tested by me.
Full "race" port and relief job by me.
The Navaro intake manifold has been welded to cover the "D" ports and milled flat and port matched to the block by me.
The Heads are Offenhauser I've had earmarked for this engine longer than I've had the block, got them at Pate years ago.
I believe them to be early original Offenhauser Marine heads, hard to even find info on them.
They are in excellent condition, just need tlc.
The valves are Manley I believe, The Springs are Iskyderian, and the guides all have less than 500 miles on the engine they came out of.
The lifters are adjustable Johnstons, used but they look good to me, Id run em.
The cam was ground by "Pete" on the Ford barn, or "Pete1" on the HAMB, ground for this blower engine.
The block comes with a new full set of "Pro-Gram Engineering" Steel Main caps with ARP studs.
The water pump were rebuilt by "Skip" Haney.
The Crankshaft is a Mercury 4" , it's been to the machine shop already, I think its .020
    Rods are ****t.
    Pistons are Ross.
The Magneto is rebuilt by Bubbys HotRods.
    The "Fluidamper" is new .
The Blower belt pulleys were custom built by me and my friend John.
The Mechanical fan is period correct and all in perfect working order.
The Headers were built by me, the Flanges of course port matched to the engine block.
The Blower is a 4-71 I've pruned to fit the Navarro Intake manifold.
The blower case and rotors both have some damage but Not bad.
The blower top manifold is pretty common, the carbs are "Y" Block carbs, 1 1/16 Venturis.
Has an Aluminum flywheel for it, not sure of the brand, I had it in another car, its been faced.
