blown roadster

iv seen this car a couple times in magazines, usually in the background at an event or with a short litle caption that dosn't really tell you much. im curriouse, if what drag cl*** this car would fall into? i dont need the basics like "its a madel a roadster with a blown BBC" but would like to learn all i can about it or at least see some more pics of it (these wre taken from the hamb)

it would be a blown altered the thing has a weird rake too low in back

 

I was thinking that it lives in Europe somewhere. Or Scandinavia maybe?

 

ya i was thinking the same about the stance, i like the nose up look but its a bit to low in the rear. sorry im not asking many more spacific questions, im going to start on a 26 rpu that will be greatly influenced by this car so any pics or input would be great. oh and mine will have front brakes too
