The Smith Brothers and I spent 18 hours perusing all the halls and exhibits, and yet I see things in your photos that I missed. Thanks for filling in the voids !!

The color on this coupe is amazing, the photo doesn't do it justice. I saw this at LARS back in June, just a fantastic custom. 36 Chevy? Buick?


@hotroddon's 32 RPU, a former AMBR contender from a few years back.

 

I love how this photo captures the guys hanging out on the grass, the low rider Ford in the foreground and the palm trees in the background, with the snow capped mountains behind that. This is So Cal on a clear Winter day.

I have to apologize. I got so tied up looking at all of the pictures and different styles and types of cars and backgrounds, I forgot to press the "like button". I'll remedy that today.

Having also shot pics at shows, I do have a clue how much work goes into a thread like this. So again, on behalf of all of us who weren't there in person, I'll toss out another big "Thank you" for your great work.
The GNRS coverage here on the H.A.M.B. is the best there is. Anywhere. Period.

OK, here we go with Sunday's Drive in, lined up waiting to head in to the show, Day 3:

 

@Stan Back with his 54 Plymouth Plaza.

 

It rained overnight, but stopped raining in the early morning, but things are still wet.

So I got my parking place back from Friday... On the other side of the door is my buddy's 29 Tudor sedan. The wire wheels were on it when he bought it, his plans are to go back to the steelies that were on it when it was in SR.

Sunday morning the Suede Palace was wide open

Some friends of mine, the Mighty Mojo Prophets played a set from noon till 1:00. About mid-way thru their set they called me up to play, the guitar player, Mitch, gave me his guitar and stepped down off the stage for a song and I played with the band. That was cool, really topped off the entire 3 day weekend of hanging at the show, and getting to play on the stage inside the Suede Palace. How cool is that? (note: that's Mitch on guitar in the photo, not me)
