I can't answer the chop question but the grill/teeth are modified F1 truck pieces. I think it's a good looking car.

It is a neat car. If you wish to hang out here Mike, do the introduction thing.

What's up with the 5" frenched headlights?
Grill just does not fit in there. Looks cartoonish, but that's probably what the owner wanted...

This is an example of a beautifully done 4 door. The deep drenched headlights are a Bo Huff signature and you either love them or hate them. Look at the details in this car: the rear window trim, the interior and the clean lines of the chop especially on a 4 door. I seriously doubt that there is a lot of bondo in it as Bo Huff is one of the masters in metal working. You can find more info by searching the web and good luck on your search.

Alot of people dislike Bo Huff and think he is a hack from what I have seen. I am not sure of his work but I met him at Goodguys one year in Columbus Ohio and he seemed like a good guy.

I like the lack of 20" rims, street rodders touch and the fact he doesn't come on and bad mouth other peoples choice of build's.

Always liked Dixie Deluxe. Not very often you see a 4 door done this nicely.

I'll bet 85% of the people on here read olskool rodz and kar kulture deluxe. I do and like the magazines. Hell I found a magazine called "Overkill" here in colorado and enjoyed it too.

I don't dislike him or his work so I can't tell you why.
    Jealousy? Stupidity? Personal experiences?

But it is cool to not like the magazine. I have most every issue. Ratrodder (GASP) magazine is also a good one. It has great photography and a great set up, even if you aren't into the cars.

Some construction photos would tell us if it's a bondo barge or not.

FWIW, that's one of the better looking chops I've seen done to a 4 dr Merc. The rear door windows have good lines/a coupe look to them. Many times 4 dr Merc chops go bad in that area. Don't personally care for the grille or headlight treatment.

It's a beautiful car and the headlight treatment is killer. Bo Huff puts out some kool work and while I can't attest to his build quality I can almost guarantee that his work is better than the jealous hacks that bash him. He's been doing this way before most guys now days were cuddlin' a cabbage patch.
