Looks like a rolling A chassis, and that always has value--especially with title. The body looks homemade, so it's a matter of how well it's constructed and proportioned. Hard to tell from the pic--you really need to see it. If you love it and want to build it, your probably OK at $1,000. If you just want to flip it, aim for $500.
I'd say that ClarkH hit it pretty close and maybe a bit low. There are guys on here who would give 500 for the bare frame with a vin that matched the title. As he said from there it depends on the workmanship and how bad you want it. Around here the local Model A guys would probably say it's worth between 1000 and 1500 And most of that bunch I know locally would have the rest of the pieces to put it together as a Model A speedster. I just saved that photo for my speedster project file and that car looks pretty interesting when you blow the photo up to full screen size.
I'm interested in it for the frame and title only. If i could get rid of the body for a quick flip of
My personal opinion is that Model A Fords make poor looking speedsters, the Speedster era died with the Model T. If that 28-29 tank is in good condition and hasn't been modifed with the body work it has value, so you may sell the body as is or without the tank. Either way I wouldn't invest over $500. in the body. Bob
