Hot Rods Body and paint in NC?

I'm in the Raleigh NC area. Need a good body and paint guy to work on two front fenders (already removed from car). They are in good condition, no rust but have a few small dents and an antenna hole that need to be worked. Going on a black car so they need to be straight. The insurance shops are not looking for this kind of work.
