It's been along time I should not have left you without some dope pics to thumb through! rakim and me collaborated on that rhyme anyway more pics. lets see what you think. let me remind you this is not a leadsled its more of taking the shoebox and making more of a concept car from back in the 50's. hence the porsche headlights.. The sbc got 86'd so its sitting a lil high in the front. y block 5 speed coming soon. first pics are of the floor I need to redo the trans arear due to engine swap now anf the toe boards. later drew

the front end had what looked like a tumor on the hood but it loooks better now. the hood is moved back a few inches and trimed on the bottom so the headlights can meet up with the fender better. still tons of work to do. hood I replaced the center with 49 merc peak. enjoy or not

I gotta agree with these guys. Great looking car until I saw the headlights. But, then again, it's not my car, so WTF do I know? Haha. Keep it real fo' shizzle, nizzle, pizzle , drizzle, fizzle ....er... um... quizzle, ....um... dog. Yeah, I'm too white. That **** doesn't work for me.

YO MTV ****s! But the metal work on that car is sweeet!!

Now that you said that, I can't get the thought out of my head that this car is starting to look like a Karmann Ghia. I still kinda like it all but the headlights.

hahahaha that why the hamb is awesome because every one has an opinion. the front end is 4 or 5 inches higher without the engine thats why the opening looks bad. the corvette porsche lights hahaha they are not vw. If we do it like everyone else we will all have the same shoebox at the local hot rod show. And you will be saying why did he not use this or that. because it's traditional. Now we will be the car that you are like why did he do that. I like people questioning me better anyway. does this make any sense prolly not. As I stated in the begining this is to be a concept style car from the mid 50's a 50's sport car inspired 49 ford. And back then they used parts off different cars to make some one off stuff. the car will be fine and all will be using these lights soon trust me. later

Drew, you are the illinest homeboy in the 815 dawg!

I think you should think out of the box and don't put any headlights on it. I would put torpedoes where the headlights are supposed to go, fill the windshield and windows, make it water tight, and install a radar/sonar beacon and a drive by wire system. That's what I'd do if I were building it. I would also paint it pink. You can still use my name suggestion and call it the "dirty weapon" or how about "Seaman Hauler" if you want more of a "showrod" flair.

Doesn't speedaddict have VW/Porche lights on his 39? I think they'll look good on there.

You should start on the super secret bearded clam showrod and we could have an underwater theme booth. You'd look good in a tight sailor outfit. AARRRRRRR!!!

i agree how it was looking good until the headlights. it looks too similiar to what alot of streetrod customs have when they use either mini cooper or mercedes headlights or whatever they use. i just dont care for the flow of how the headlights get pulled backwards like that.

The car looks good until the headlights, I think they are gay so that makes the builder and the owner both Gay hell I would paint it some gay *** color like robin egg blue or some other gay *** color like Mary Kay pink,You would have been better off if you two would have built a satellite car called the bearded clam with freeze dried sperm for a shifter handle, and two custom love seats to sit in. or you could have saved time since your New York ***le wont be any good any way and your going to have to ***le it as a 2012 thunderbird kit car and bought a newer thunderbird thats what your gay *** car looks like anyway BUILD A HOTROD FOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
