is there a way to modify the body mounts in order to give the vehicle a rake stance? such as higher mounts in the rear than in the front.

You want the body to set flush on frame use the correct tire & wheel combo to achieve the rake you want!

The effort to achieve this is huge, labour intensive and time consuming. Take the easy way out and as stated, choose the right wheel and tyre combination then tweek the suspension (Coils, springs or leaf) to get the rake correct.

    ?

I dont quite get what you mean. My car is channeled 10 up front and 4 out back. I did it without even knowing what i was doing. If i did it again, id just drop the suspension.

But to be fair, i guess i do it out of habit. Forgot about this car. Wish i never got rid of it. It was rake channeled. 1928 Dodge.
