Bolt on spring perches

I'm asking this question for a friend that does not have a computer. He is looking for a set of bolt/clamp on spring perches for coil springs. These will be bolted onto a rear end with 3" axle tubes. If someone has a link or address of a company that sells such a thing , please let me know and I'll pass it on to him.
