My Dad used to say "I don't know why anyone would want to sit on these damn seats, they are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in, especially on those long missions" !!
Does anybody have the phone number for gp autocrafters???....I can't find it on their website....thanks
Holy im in the wrong buisiness, im an aircraft mechanic/electrician/sheet metal guy. i need to start making these damn things and selling them, 200 bucks seems crazy to me for something with not a lot of crazy fab required.
I don't know how much of a hurry you're in,but BCIT(Sea Island)offers part time & night courses in aircraft sheet metal. They teach you riveting, bending, forming, etc.Plus they have all the machines you could ever need.
I have a pair of real bomber seats, had them for years, got to find them (to much stuff) their in good shape. I would sell them at market price (got find out what that is). PM me if your serious, being an old fart it takes awhile to get things done.
