Bonneville question????

Some of our gang is thinking about going to Bonneville this year (in August) can somebody tell me the excact dates of speed-week? Also, we plan on only spending a couple days there. Which days would be the best? The first couple days? Middle? Or end? Thanks for any responce.

The dates for speed week this year are August 17th- 24th. The cars will be inspected on the 17th. If I were you I would plan to be there by the 17th. It is interesting to see the cars go thru tech. Plus by being there early in the week you are more likely to see more cars. As the week goes on more and more people set records or break and go home.
Also, a lot of HAMBers plan to head to the HAMB drags on the 23rd on the way home.

Yeah come the first part its definately more bang for your buck.

And if you do come the first part be sure to stop in for some free grub at the HAMB BBQ. Watch for details when the time gets closer.
