Event Coverage *BONNEVILLE Speed Week 2009 - LIVE PHOTO UPDATES HERE!*

For those that enjoy event photos, hopefully you'll enjoy some live photo updates from Bonneville. I've never tried this before, but I think (hope) it will work out just fine.

I'll be driving my Galaxie out there with my dad, Denise (HotrodLadycrusr) in Big Olds, and George (purplepickup) in his pickup.
Photos will start showing up tomorrow evening (08/05/09) and we'll be to Bonneville on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
My dad and I have to head back Monday afternoon (08/10/09), so that will be the last day that Bonneville photos show up.

My phone takes good photos and I'll be sending them directly to my Photobucket and Facebook accounts. (you must have a Facebook account and be a 'friend' to view my account)

Also, if anyone feels like posting the Photobucket photos on this thread, feel free to.
When you view a single photo, just copy the 'IMG Code' to the left of the photo and post that Code on here. That will make the photo appear in a post. (for those that haven't done it before)

Hope to see you boys [and girls ] there , I am supposed to leave thursday early AM, and be there that evening. I am having a small problem with conjunctivitus though, so I am not 100% sure that I am going to be able to make it this year . sure hope to have some good news from my eye doctor tomorrow, I'm really looking forward to this

you get the idea, more in my Flickr. Shooting film is a lot of fun. I'm glad the digital age is here because film isn't an everyday thing, but it really makes you think about your shots.

 

My problem is I forget that I have film in the camera, and leave it sit for 5 years....doesn't come out very well.

And it's hard to process the film and make prints in the hotel room after a fun day on the salt

we will be there on sunday and running tuesday. our pit is next to the motorcycle inspection area.
we hope to get over 200. we think that will be pretty fast for a home built hot rod.
