well i'll give a quick report....

weather was *****in'. lots of clouds but no rain, cooler temps, and a light breeze. lots of cars in impound. very busy day with lots of runs and no major incidents. just a couple minor spins.

the first run down the long course was george poteet in the ron main speed demon car. went 370 something and some change. crazy fast. might even do 400 mph.

there are a lot of four banger flatheads being run this year. this is really cool to see. we've tried to set the records as high as we can but we've got some good compe***ion out there now.

lots of nice race cars as well as spectator vehicles. i'm way too busy working to take any pictures. i'm sure someone will post some up soon.

 

COOL COOL COOL (someday someday someday). It looks nice and overcast. Prolly some great weather for there. Thanks for the pictures

It was absolutely beautiful, 69 degrees and overcast, which led me NOT to wear sunscreen. Now I'm as pink as a baby lobster, which is funny since I had a hat on so only the bottom half my face is bright red. Same goes for my arms and legs. Each visit to Bonny this has happened to me, when will I learn?

 

I want details on the street legal bellytank!

 

On my screen, I can't make out what's under the car. Looks like tree stumps, like under a pier
