Anybody else lose the audio?

 

I think he only has the audio on when he is talking and doesn't have it going with the camera that shows the starting line as we see it now or hasn't checked to see if it is working.

Finally made it to the Nugget car show. Most of the weekend warriors went home but a few diehards are here. Some that I liked.

 

I had rain from Price all the way through Soldier Summit but it turned into beautiful clear skies here in SLC right now

The live stream isn't perfect, but it's FREE so no complaints from me. I've watched for hours both days so far, and I am delighted. The salt is hard, and barring bad weather this Speedweek should be awesome. Many records already set, with more records runs first thing Monday morning. Go fast, be safe, HAVE FUN!!!!!!

 

I agree, once they got everything worked out, it was great. I understand the short course had a ton of competitors, too bad there wasn't an additional camera there, to fill in the vacant time on the long course.

Sodbuster, as a follow up, Thank you for mentioning BenD! I reached out to Ben,explained my situation, he got on a landspeed site, found Jon who was going through Carson,who then strapped them to the roof of his Suburban,Who then met up with my Buddys Reo and George, who then delivered them to me ,yesterday. Ben wouldn't take anything for his time setting this up.All Heroes in my book !

Watching it right now and Speed Demon is on the line and Bass's roadster is on the line in the other lane 8:01 pacific time.

 

Did I miss something? Don't get me wrong, the video coverage is great, for those of us who could not be there this year. But... where is Ron and Slim? Are they not doing the radio feed this year??

 

They were fired. Long story, look on Landspeed.com for the answer. The new system sucks.

Does anyone have any information about this? Its the push car for the Montana Vintage roadster.

 

Having fun licensing up my oldest grandson. Tough for a NA gasoline powered car with density altitude of 7700+ feet to find horsepower. 155+ mph today…

Just got back to Oregon from Wendover. I had a blast! 1700 miles round-trip in this hot rod. Nice seeing friends and making some new ones. Until next year.
