The long-overdue Tardel-Bishop Ford steering booklet is done and ready to go to the printer -- almost. I put the body of the book together in MSWord and it meets our requirements rather nicely. The cover has been giving me fits, however, thanks to my very limited skills. We would like to recruit some skilled graphics person to create a cover file for us. The design is simple and has already been decided, so this is very much a mechanical job. The program choice is up to you; we just need a PDF file for Kinkos. We will be pleased to pay your going rate in either 'Murrican dollars, old parts, or something from the Tardel catalog. This is the design dummy. The format is 5.5 x 8.5 inches, and it will be printed black plus one color. I have the type (with all words spelled correctly ) and picture files ready to send to whomever does the job. Contact me directly by PM with your contact info, please, and TIA. Mike Bishop
Mike, it's coincidence that I was just going to ask when your new book projects will be available. Let us know how we can get copies once these books are printed. Will they be widely distributed like the "Ford Hot Rod" book, or is this a smaller-scale project? Just let us know where to order, and I'm sure a lot of people will jump on it. What can we look forward to regarding future ***les? (Not to rush you or anything! I just dug your first book so much, I'll look forward to others.)
