Wow! Really guys really? Thanks Art for being a true friend and not ripping on me or my car name. To the rest of you clowns, i'll save the smack talking and get back to work. The main stage will see all you guys at the starting line, well besides kip since his car will be sold by this coming summer. Big e

You been listening to much to your brother. He gets my car name mixed up with his scaredlane ford that hes building.

Ps. Hows that grocery getter coming along? Been awhile since you chimed in as well.

My Tri 5 is pretty much sold. I purchased a Henry J to build to Quains rules. I pick it up 2nd week of January. Picked up a beater motor to get me started. Workin on getting a trans and i dont mean Ms Jenner lol. I will be starting a thread soon. So i am probably gonna REALLY regret asking this.....Do we have enough cars to try a North VS South again? ......AND......go!

Im going to try. I have a couple things working against me. I injured my shoulder back in August ( limited range of movement and i can only lift about 5 pounds with it, and i cant afford the surgery) So i got myself a job and am going back to school. Gonna do engine building part time on the side. Down side to this new exciting life change is that i have very limited time to build my car. I will know more tomorrow. Im gonna talk to a friend (Who helped me build the 56) about maybe getting a hand with it.

  26. Well, most, if not all of us are building to SEG rules right? Why not just have an SEG class, and allow stock front suspended cars, such as Eric's, that are legit to run, and they have to have a manual trans, maybe allow clutch turbos/flights. We could either pair the cars best as possible by ET's, or run A @ 6lbs, B @ 7lbs. C @ 8lbs, & D @ 9lbs. You'd have to have scales, and a P&G pump for that. You could have every one anti up another $50-$100 for a purse, and pay each class winner the same amount. Then take the three class winners, and Have a handicap start based off each cars best, or average pass of the day, like Little/Middle/Top or Street Eliminator did back in the day, only they handicapped of the National Records for each class. The winner of the handicap Eliminator is claimed Gas Master, and gets a trophy, or shirt, or Hat, pats on the shoulder, an extra beer, something like that?
