Hot Rods Bought a 392 Hemi,Any Long Island guys recognize the names on the valve covers??

I recently purchased this blown 392 Hemi engine from an estate in Westbury NY and it has two guys names etched in the valve covers. Was curious if anyone heard of Bill or Bernie Platter? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
