bought a 52 chevy 2 door today for 38 bucks!

First off I am sorry I have no pics yet but today I was on a back road and spotted some old cars. I went up to the house and the old man came out and said they were for sale. One was a 52 chevy 2 door sedan and the other was a 50 chevy 2 door fleetline. The fleetline was in great shape and I tried buying it but he says he is not sure if he wants to sale it yet. The other one he said was for sale and someone had offered him 15 bucks and never came to get it. I opened my wallet and I had a hundred dollar bill and 38 bucks. So I offered him the 38 and he took it. I am supposed to go back tomorrow to pick the car up. It had everything except the motor and transmission. All glass is still in it too.

A friend of mine got a 51 Canadian Pontiac 2 door fast back a while back from an ol lad around here ...asked him what he wanted for it and he said a new shovel so he got him a shovel and brought the rusty thing home lol!

 

I bought a 58 Impala 2 door with a rebuilt 283 for $25. It was 1978!
