Just bought this garage and man cave it's on the corner of Galaxy and Comet. I think the Wife said something about a house that comes with the shop.

Good thing the "back yard" is all concrete; but the front looks awfully big. You don't want mowing the lawn cutting into car time. And be sure to get some decent security devices with having neighbors so close. Butch/56sedandelivery.

Cograts. That looks like a heck of a lot of fun. Watch out for those houses on the same property. Wifes sometimes get odd ideas about the amount of time you should devote to the maintenance of them. It's a trade off I guess
