Bought a new toy, need some help IDing it!

    I would not do a thing to this until I was sure what it was. This could be one of old pre-quarter midget cars run off a Maytag motor. It could be worth enough $$$ for you to get something new to romp in. Google Quarter midget history.

    It looks alot like one that my nephew bought at a farm sale. His was built from Popular Mechanics plans. It has a 1 cylinder Chrysler engine, from a washing machine? The body looks like a 1920's / 1930's Indy car style that is made from fabric. The fabric was stiffened like on a WWI airplane.

    chris, you could use "propane injection" to run it! just get a propane torch and add a copper tube directed into carb opening. i have done it with old lawn mowers that the carbs were junk. no chance of fire like gas.
